Jack Kyle created the Aquaculture and Compassion for the Poor (ACP) that focuses on equipping the very poor to grow fish and vegetables in very limited areas - like a shanty house. With aquaculture, the poor can supplement their diets and/or their income with small food productions systems. ACP also encourages the poor to create cooperatives for their basic needs - for electricity, sanitation and potable water. The basis for this outreach is taken from Jesus's command to: "Love your neighbor as yourself."
